I hope you are right about the final dilution being less than 25 million, but until we know for sure, I thought that figure was safe. This should totally put to rest any concerns over Ancor's survival. If this ONE company is willing to pay $9 Million for the company, then this is indeed valuable technology as some of us have been claiming for some time.

If I were Ancor, I would try to spread the $7-9 Million over the next three quarters. It would add some much needed revenue stability. (I realize that accounting procedures may prevent this.)

EPS. I was beginning to believe I would never hear that term. <g> Wouldn't that be something to see a $7-9 Million dollar quarter with some earnings too? It would be like the reverse of last quarter.
