Yeah, it would appear that Bennett may be trying to resolve his own y ethical obligation to resign from the case along with the likelihood of the case being re-instated. Now, let me ask you, under those condition, if you were P. Jones, would you settle for a measly 700K? I think I'd make them squirm until the Oct. 20 hearing. bp
