what are we talking about here over the next couple of weeks? 5cents, 3 cents, 1 cent? Anyone think it is a good buy at 3 cents?

It appears to me that Firamada had 90 days at the end of their fiscal year to file their annual financial report to remain registered as a corporation in Texas. If FAMH is on a calendar year which I think they are, then, 1997's financials had to be submitted by March 31, 1998. So what do you all think? Are these delays just a ruse to delay the inevitable?.......back to reading.
