I just talked to OTC also. Very briefly I was told the same. About 11 mil shares were used to pay for services to various people and they are hitting the market out of necessity to pay bills. Do not know how much has been sold or how much more will be sold. Nothing can change this situation till there are some serious buyers. We have plenty of serious sellers. The stock price is so lop sided. It really does not represent the true value of the holdings. Will be imposible for upward movement until the selling stops. The people that were hired to help the company are killing it. This is a classic BB stock, and there is nothing that can be done. roy
