re: 2. Weakness in the world's financial markets is indeed a concern. Dell has targeted two areas which are currently weak: Asia and Latin America.

You should be Happy DELL is entering the above mention markets at this time, it's a plus that they are down, not only will the cost of building the plants be lower, but DELL will positioning themselves for the growth that will follow, both Japan and more so Latin America, lag the USA and Europe info economy, they will need many PCs,Servers etc. etc. to catch up. So you see, DELL is entering these market at the perfect time.
