He may not be the perfect interface with business and WS, but I think he's learning. His biggest asset is he's a good engineer with excellent vision of the future and mixing that all in with business potential. One of the things I really like, which I read in his interview, is how he tries to make many of his products flexible for different outcomes in the market. His strategy is to keep all the doors open. Plus, his products are created with the ability to easily be upgraded, something that isn't thought of that much with CSCO, IMO. Now, it's just a matter of the market learnings about COMS and taking a liking to the products. I think this is already apparent in some products such as the corebuilder. Patience still seems to be the name of the game with COMS. joe
