Depends on what you mean by resign.

Does anyone have any info. from the company in regards to this resignation? Would like to have some input. The stock has plummeted in the last 2 weeks, there is talk of Cptr. 11 on YAHOO!

I talked with PR today and was told the auditor quit because their firm has a legal dispute with another metals company they represent, and the firm has decided to drop RECY because of the sector they are in. RECY is talking with a big 5 auditing firm, and an announcement should be made within a few weeks, possibly followed up with a CC.
RECY maintains nothing has changed and they are as disappointed about the share price as we all are.
