It's because of the law, Sal. Check it out. DoJ doesn't exactly like this particular law, they're supposed to have asked to have it repealed a year or so ago. Bunch of naive high cool civics guys there, unlike clever Bill and Co.

And, of course, the law is why Bill's deposition was videotaped in the first place, to give the appeals panel time to decide if Bill's premature senility / deposition-dependent amnesia / lying was enough of a trade secret to keep it all under cover.

Cheers, Dan.

Sal,

>>Why isn't anyone pushing for all the other depositions (Netscape, Sun, etc., etc., etc.) to be made public?

Who knows maybe they are available but let's face it, Bill doesn't lie very well and after his performance during the Senate Hearing we all want a few more laughs! Bill is no charismatic speaker that's for sure, but he has all expressions that made Chevy Chase popular with his old President Ford Saturday Night Live routines.

Cheers,

Norm

Hey Sal- I just blew $50,000 playing blackjack on Yahoo's game site.
Java of course. Everything I run across that's controlled by
Microsoft requires some sort of crappy download which I decline.
Reminds me of Atari, they were so busy recycling all their old junk
they missed the boat on the real gameing revolution and lost
out to Nintento and Seaga.
