Tim,

give up by now. <

They will eventually be proven correct...but I can't figure out how they will collect any profits after the asteroid hits...assuming of course that they are still alive to try. VRG

Hi Tim,..Re:people have been bears of dell for a few years now and you would think they would give up by now.

You are right and since I've followed the thread, I believe 3 or more bears have given up, or at least they've decided not to hang around any longer.

From what I've noticed from many of them, their primary Bear reason is Dell's valuation or high PE. Others obviously haven't done any homework because they cite the commodity status of the PC industry ignoring compelling evidence of a huge difference in product.
winmag.com Still others constantly cite industry slowdown without the slightest thought that technology evolves and PC industry today might be totally different from PC industry in 2001.

Finally, some of the bears like LT are looking for the end of the world scenario and are accumulating gold for when we all trade via barter in the near future. LOL He also cites overvaluation as well. It seems that Dell becomes a personal matter for both the Bears and the Bulls against all advice to remain objective. Anyway, with this stock and company, it's fun and profitable to take it personally.

Lee
