Very true ED, yes Joe believes within the next couple of weeks the proxy should be ready...he is also frustrated along with everybody else in this deal ...btw Joe Fazzone is not moving to Atlanta so if/when this thing happens he will be out of a job.

I think my previous statement was incorrect. We should remember that Harvest sold 2 million dollars worth of preferred stock already. In the event that the merger fails, we would have the capital necessary to open stores as a Tanner's franchisee.
