Joe, it seems everyone is reading this differently...we did not say we HAD gained operational control, but rather that we have "completed the legal and financial arrangements required for it to assume operational control", BIG difference there.

Spoke earlier today to Frank, who is very pleased about the winery deal, which he has been working on for several years and will have a meaningful impact on the company.

Don't really understand why WIN keeps after AWLT; I have a feeling when all the facts are out, WIN may be a little sheepish. Personally, I can't think of one good reason that anyone at the company should disclose anything just cause some reporter wants to know...

Anyhow, they'll work all that out over time, in the meantime I was glad that Frank is focused on business, not baloney....
