I think hedge funds are going to have a little harder time to borrow -- no matter what the fed funds rate is.

Has to help the positions if it going to be any good for them.

Some say it would weaken the dollar and cause capital flight back to other countries. The first part I get -- weakening the dollar -- going to the capital markets of other countries I'm not sure about that. Why shouldn't folks just hold some cash and wait to see what settles out?
