I don't know that the tide is turning. Week by week it changes as it did before Starr's report was dropped at the feet of the Judiciary Committee. There is much redacted from the evidence released to the public. Almost all of the sex stuff is redacted. People complaining about gratuituous sex are responding to spin (i.e., faux leaks) or to leaks which is repeated in the media. If you go to the evidence sites, much of the Monica Lewinsky testimony is redacted. Most of the Democrats (over 70%) in the House wanted the evidence released immediately. The vote in the Judiciary Committee was for spin purposes to make it appear that the Republicans were releasing the materials over the heads of the Democrats.
