What does "pulling your certificates" mean, and how do I do it? I bought my JAWS through an online discount broker (NDB) and it isn't clear to me how I request my certificates. Will it cost anything? What do i do when I want to sell? Excuse me if I seem lacking in knowledge - it's only because I am!

There is a bizarre report on the Yahoo thread that the SEC is going issue an order on Monday stopping the issuance of any more certificates. Anyone have any thoughts on this? If true it would seem to me that they have gone beyond investigating the illegal short position claims and are now doing something about it. See post 41043 on Yahoo.
