Yes, Mindshare has convinced some of the more gullible IT Directors and CIOs to be lulled into using NT (a non-enterpirse solution) for mission critical functions. I feel sorry for IT shops that have been convinced of this direction. Reality will hit home for them soon enough. Unix for DB engines is by far the only reliable and scalable solution for enterprise requirements. NT4 doesnt provide it, and NT5 will still not provide it. My heart goes out for IT Execs that can be lured into solutions by following trade press and heard-mentality. But let it be known that most large-scale companies are not that stupid. Toy
