I've read some pretty bad stuff about them on the AMTD thread. I also have a account at E*trade and just recently at MBTrading. Etrade is too slow, but has reasonably good (not great) short availability. MB doesn't have a very good short list. Very fast, but also expensive. I've read good stuff about Brown & co. ( good for an outfit that sells order flow that is ). Datek is cheap, I see my limit order being represented on Island as I would expect, and usually fast.
