(OTC: GTCI) today announced that Lai Yungqito, a noted educator and inventor, has accepted the company's invitation to join its board of directors. Listed as one of the "most famous Chinese in the world" by the Hong Kong World Cultural and Art Research Centre, Professor Lai has been a pioneer in the development of leading-edge technology in China. Professor Lai is credited with inventing the High Frequency Colour Television Projector and the Audio Projector, and most recently, he has invented the Wireless Electronic Chinese Paging System and the Automatic Electronic Paging System.
