Glenn, close 500 shares, and write 5 Oct 110 "covered" calls for $9 1/2 premium(currently trading); if your current portfolio permits.

Treat the remaining 1K shares independently.

Just my suggestion. :))

p.s. See Rob's post too, I think that we will close around $100 too.

Wise Viewpoint on Investing

To Not be a Hypocrite

Let us all shed a tear for poor disadvantaged TMF, who pre-announces their stock purchases to the public. What a terrible terrible thing this burden must be!

Poor, poor TMF. Following the purchase, TMF hypes the stock to EPIC proportions, using their unfair advantage as a media source.

Just remember, David. What in your eyes is "disadvantage" in my eyes appears very close to being "wreckless after the fact stock hyping and manipulation".

To Invest with Morality.

To NOT let the public have perfect knowledge. To NOT let the public know the range of my specific holdings. To aim for the admirable goal of NOT letting the philosophy follow the investment rather to let the investment follow the philosophy. To NOT believe that in general (if I may borrow from a quote from Mr David Gardner), "The RICH ONLY GET RICHER, the POOR POORER".

To recognize market cycles

...and time them appropriately. When appropriate, to STEAL, via short OR long positions profits taken OFF THE TABLE, from pathetically overvalued high-beta mania-pig-tanker lemons, and re-invest in undervalued and seemingly media SLANDERED small caps, as dictated by appropriate and VERY REAL market timing signals that exist.

By the way, Mr. G.

I have taken many thousands of dollars OFF THE TABLE from my AMZN position.

Do you know where it has gone?

Long On TRUMP

Because the perfect way to DEFEAT an opponent is using CONTRARIAN prinicple to theirs. To me its all I game, that I am rather much enjoying. I also happen to be ahead, and in over one full years less time.

DogPort IRR = 43.6%
DogPort was founded in 1995 with a LONG on NETSCAPE.
The DogPort represents every dollar that I have ever invested.

FoolPort "Annualized": 41.28%
FoolPort was founded in 1994 with a LONG on AOL.

Guess who is "winning", Dave. :)
