I don't think this MAJOR investment has proceeded beyond a letter of intent at this point in time, at least according to the information that has been pressed. I am not sure I know what you mean by this caliber. Is it a 30-30 or a howitzer? I think we all know who and what is creating the bad smell as you so delicately put it. BTW, I see from your previous on Roger's short picks that you are a real old timer on these boards, posting about HEB way back to 9/22. Could this be a coincidence, that was about when the bad smell started? Cheers, Gerry
