I don't think that's the way it works with LSI. The key is the video game part and as I mentioned in my last post it does not make sense that this is for someone else since competing with Sony in the video games market (and Nintendo/Sega) is asking for trouble.

Therefore presumably instead of "If you build it, they will come", here it is:

They came, they saw, we built.

Unless LSI is doing what you are suggesting and going the ASSP route - I guess they could be doing this reasoning that the market is large and ready for prime time and ready for new competitors. Then again would Sony allow the use of some of its' video games IP to go to someone else (if this is the way it works)... Many questions no answers all guesses...

But I like my Sony PlayStation rumor better - much more revenues in my model this way! <gg>
