Sorry, been on the road ... thanks for the phone number haven't had time to call. What kind of war do you want? You obviously have some axe to grind. Did the deal get signed by the end of summer? I told you it wouldn't even be close. Was I right? Yup. I haven't been trading on any inside information. That would be imoral and illegal. I'm not sure what kind of answer you expect. However, I'll reiterate my view: gotta wait till next year. Since turnabout is fair play: Why do you or your friends believe that this deal is a mortal lock? In your note (or H.R.'s note) you intimated some strong inside information that this deal will be done soon. Is that true? Have you been using inside information to trade? Inquiring minds....
