You are using one unfair thing to justify another. My point was that he should never have been asked about the Monica affair in the Jones case. And if asked, he should have had the right to say, "It is none of your damn business".

It is like, when you are being tried as to whether or not you stole a 6-pack from a 7-11 last week, you were asked whether you drank a beer last night! Whether or not you drank last night has no bearing on the theft case whatsoever.
