I'm not buying your theory of money managers selling just because they saw a report questioning their revenue recogintion last quarter. I have only seen one stock that I have owned that has been killed like BVSN and rebounded quickly and hit new highs (CTXS in 2/97). Most managers have sell discipline's and I would assume they either don't like the action on BVSN from a technical basis, or they see something fundamental that has changed. Asking the company if everything is ok is like asking your barber if you need a haircut. I'm neither long or short at this time, but have been following this stock closely for the last 2 years. It has to be more than that report.

Worst case, does anyone know what last quarter really should have been according to the report?
