Too cool. Shinco, CVD does SVCD, more than 300K sell through by early Sept., and June to Sept. is the slow time of the year. Chinese New Year is 19 days later this year. The VCD ramp that started in late August last year should have started 2 weeks ago. That drops a few units out of Q3, this year. Another hold back on volume is the line change overs. Before they shut them down, they draw down existing chip inventories. Then 2 weeks for the conversion(My guess), and they need a new stack of CVD chips. Should be a drag this Q. But your cool news of SVCD functions puts a much better light on VCD chip sales this Q.
