JHP ~ Up to this point, I've kept my tongue regarding your misinformation and implications. I'm going to give you credit that you are intelligent enough to know how the Private Placements actually work. If I am correct then this would mean that you are intentionally misleading people. But just on the far out chance that you really don't understand and are spewing about what you don't know, I'll give you some mentoring.

When the PPs were offered, every shareholder or potential shareholder has the right to participate. There are certain regulations imposed by the SEC (that's not South East Conference), which require a certain percentage of the shares to be sold to 'qualified' investors (meaning the investor meets certain requirements which can include net worth, investing experience, etc.). The rest of the PP shares can be sold to 'unqualified' investors which don't have to meet the same requirements. But it all depends on which regulation the PP is set up under. You, me or anyone else had a chance at the PPs.

Your comment about PPs being a way to buy at a discount is also erroneous. It doesn't always work out that way. It is very possible to buy into a PP and for those shares to end up worthless. It is also possible that the shares may end up being cheaper on the open market just a short time after participating in a PP.

Franklin Telecom for example. They offered a PP fairly recently where the shares were sold for $3 a share. Now you can buy shares for less than a buck. So that would void your theory that Vic or anyone else is buying at an unfair discount.

Tell you what! You can buy my PP shares for half of what I paid and I will buy them back on the open market for .78.

Is it really fulfilling for you to try and discredit this company and all of the work that they have done or do you really dislike being a destroyer? ~ Jack

JHP, I imagine Santiago, like many of us, are down considerably (money wise) on FTEL. I started buyin at $.78 over 3 YEARS AGO. I rode all the way up to $10.00. Along the way I purchased more. I have never sold a share. On the way down, since last October, I continued to purchase. At $7.00; at $5.75; at $.875 (last week); and today at $.71. As you might imagine, I'm upside down right now.

I visited Franklin Telecom about 18 months ago. At that time, I did a report here on SI. AT THAT TIME I stated that it looked like this stock wouldn't really take off for TWO MORE YEARS (That's right- 2 Years). So far, it looks like I'm on track.

I must admit, if I had sold on the up swings and bought Today, I'd have exponentially more shares today than I do. Nevertheless, Frank Peters and Company are right on track to make me quite well off. As they keep saying, the plan may take another 2 1/2 years to completely roll out. So, along the line, there may be some opportunities to see some pretty high values. However, 2 1/2 years from now, I'm expecting this $1 Billion company to have my shares worth in excess of $50.00 each. That's NOT HYPE, that's personal due diligence.

It's not too late for you to get back in and go for the ride along with us.

David D.

Jhp, most of the people on this thread are here because they are interested investors looking for information, maybe to while away some time perhaps a little camaraderie'. basically the idea is to be a positive influence-even if it is about some negatives- like gee the harris switch did not go online on sept. 1- must be a tough sucker to hard wire etc. Do you get it ? You are in the wrong crowd ! You need to start another thread and call it " 101 reasons that ftel is going to tank " or ," Why I know more than Frank Peters" and then you too can be positive and shoot all you want .. Once in a while I will come over and do some negative stuff on your thread like tell you how well ftel is doing. just to p^ss you off and all will be well in the world.
