Hank, Just heard Jerry Favors on CNBC state that every rate cut (during a bear market) for the past 100+ years (since creation of the Dow) has resulted in a rally. The historic rallys are of quite short duration and the prior lows have been teated in every case. He's looking for a rally to a short term top of around Dow 8300-8400 and then the re-test of the lows begins to occur.

FWIW.
