Hi Roderick, Sounds pretty accurate to me. There are some differences between various European countries: UK leading (closeness to US; same language; not participating in EuroDollar; government leadership) ; Next: Scandinavian countries, Netherlands Next: Possibly Switserland (again because not a Euro country; so more focus on Y2k); Next: South European countries Next: East European countries Last: Russia All rule of thumb; not backed with much hard evidence.
