Looks like the FTC is looking into Intel's practices in the graphics chip market. I'm really curious to know who the "executive at one of the graphics companies cooperating with the government" refers to. Maybe Ballard is promoting 3dfx's interests in this matter. Regardless, any FTC investigation of Intel's actions in the graphics market (regardless of low probability of any significant action) should have a positive impact on the 3dfx stock price. dailynews.yahoo.com
