I admire the effort you put into the DD on CIMM and Salahiddin. The absence of information on CIMM is a curious situation but I don't know how much doubt about it should rub off on HEB. After all, it is not HEB. Maybe HEB will issue some response.

The Salahuddin situation is similar in those regards but since the episode is so old, I wonder if he has done anything to redeem himself since then. I admit it is not the best of references for a researcher, but even so, as far as I know, he was not involved in establishing in any way the efficacy of Ampligen itself.

I am curious about your opinion that Dr. Carter is "cut from the same bolt of cloth" as Salahuddin and "... (Carter) has demonstrated with his affairs with DuPont." As I understand it, Dr. Carter and HEB prevailed in the (old) dispute with DuPont and in fact, DuPont paid them $8 million in damages! I think that was the figure. So how does Salahuddin and Carter get connected in this context? And next, how do you infer anything improper with Dr. Carter in the DuPont context?

It indicates to me that he is willing to fight even companies as large as DuPont.

I agree with the previous poster that next week should be climactic in this affair. It may come down to a classic arm wrestling contest between the funds and individuals supporting HEB and moving the price up and causing a short squeeze or the shorts continuing and making the weaker hands panic and continue to sell out.

Who do you think has the most money to risk on this battle? One side or the other should be able to get the other on the run. The question of whether or not Ampligen itself has any value seems to have gotten lost. BWDIK
