Well Karl, I did get out of this one without taking a very large hit - it was only a minor position. (Can't say the same thing for the rest of my jr. mining portfolio!)

Haven't followed TMO much since. The Elkhorn project appears to be producing good assay results. My only real concern would be how well capitalized they are - can they afford to take this project through to feasibility and construction, especially in this weak market - financing a new gold mine has got to be a tough sell these days!

Haven't heard much of anything about TMO's Clan and Sito properties up here just north of Yellowknife - the Ptarmagin mine is currently mothballed, and I don't see much effort being made to find a new source of ore. The entire company focus seems to have shifted to Elkhorn.

Sounds like the Eldorado connection worked well for them this time around, but didn't I read something somewhere that Eldorado recently sold off their interest in TMO? Could just be my imagination, but then again, I haven't been following this one too closely.

By the way, didn't they also have a property down in the mountains of the Dominican Republic? Wonder if hurricane Georges did any damage....

See you again sometime soon.

Grant.
