And maybe even the filling of the lawsuit again Asensio. Don't get your hopes up too high. I've learned from experience and observation that these types of guys usually know what they're doing. BTW, I have no position in HEB. Did you read Asensio's response? biz.yahoo.com Manuel Asensio of Asensio & Co. told Reuters that his company is short selling HemispheRx and he is not surprised by this lawsuit. ''This is the 20th 'Strong Sell' recommendation we have issued and in each of the prior cases, lawsuits have been filed or announced,'' said Asensio. ''None of the prior litigation has amounted to anything ... and many of those companies are now defunct.''
