I had to give up. I was on hold for "warranty support" not for tech support. I was on hold for over 50 minutes when I had to give up. I'll try them again when I have more patience, if ever. :-) Thanks.

The best use for a speaker phone if ever there was one. I've found that if I know I'm going to be near my phone (which is next to my computer) for a good while, using a speaker phone is the best way to forego the anguish and distress caused by waiting on hold for extended periods. Mine even emits a nasty squelch when someone finally does answer and I pick up the handset, just to let them know what I think of the situation. Unintentionally, of course. :)
