I compared the 10Q and the 10Q/A. I found mostly clerical corrections, both in math and in language. The most meaningful difference I detected follows.

10Q (Aug. 17):

"At June 30, 1998, the Company had working capital deficiency of approximately $1.5 million."

10Q/A (Sept. 25):

"At June 30, 1998, the Company had working capital of approximately $1.5 million."
