I doubt it will rally regardless of the amount of the cut - it has already rallied on belief that there will be a cut (which is not 'cut' in stone yet). If there is a cut I wouldn't be surprised to see the 'sell on news' factor come into play or little reaction at all. If there is no cut I would expect a sell-off.
