<HiSpeed, I need to clarify your thoughts to understand them. If .25 is ALREADY priced into the market, but its not important how much the cut is, just that there is one, are you then saying that although the cut is priced in, it will rally anyway ... because ... it doesn't matter how much it is because the market will spin it in a positive way ??> I doubt it will rally regardless of the amount of the cut - it has already rallied on belief that there will be a cut (which is not 'cut' in stone yet). If there is a cut I wouldn't be surprised to see the 'sell on news' factor come into play or little reaction at all. If there is no cut I would expect a sell-off.
