His forte has been to snoop out wildly overvalued and scam/fraud stocks to short.

Remember last June when he blew us off with our damn tower company short - when it was at twice its present value?

One thing I have noticed - as I've always prefered smaller cap stocks - is that some of the good ones that have just gotten the $*#@ kicked out of them for months irregardless of undervaluation have begun to show some signs of life. Just some of them mind you...

And Bill has been quite good at it too. His position concerns me (mostly because I disagree with it), but we should look at this from all angles, and I thought I would present a bear turned bull point of view.
