Today's rally is definitely a buy signal.
In general, the first upside wave with huge
gain confirms that the bottom is out, then
it will dip a little big. Second upside wave
will push up and pass previous high. In this
case, I expect that we will pass at least $18.
Moreover, the whole market will up because of
interest rate cut. Have a nice weekend.

Definitely looks like we have established support at~15 on strong vol.
baring another round of bad news from Nettles if that is at all possible<VBG>.
I am not good at predicting the upside here, but the bias is up,
and I like your numbers LB..
