greyhairs, Nope, never lived in Calgary. A few Radcliffes migrated to Calgary from Kansas when my grandparents came to this area. Might be a relation. Your answer on the tight hole was correct for my question and was what my impression was of the term. I guess what made me wonder was that McLeod must be in charge and it seems to me he needs a higher stock value to sell the options first to fund additional aquisitions, if that's the reason for secrecy........TR
