I took this off of Yahoo. There is no SEC ruling monday or whatever the rumor was. cardshark_1999 Sep 25 1998 8:34PM EDT tisdal--Just spoke with Colin who also thought that... someone at Waterhouse must be smoking something. He had spoken with Eva this afternoon and she sure didn't tell him anything about any SEC hold or whatever. What Eva was referring to for the SEC inquiry in your post was to see if anyone who was posting on the Internet, (Such as me) was on the Company's stock payroll. But I knew this a week ago. Sorry Bob, you struck out again. Still not on the payroll in any form or fashion. Colin had a nice long talk this afternoon with the SEC about the file he sent over to them on Monski yesterday. He got a distinct impression that they were not amused with Monski's background, and internet antics. If he hadn't spoken with them before, I'm sure he will shortly. Now how about we get down to business and get some interest rounded up for Monday.
