David, That is an interesting observation about the buy back. If you think back on the ca$h issue, they have yet to execute on their initial thinking. I guess one could figure that the Fulcrum arrangements were fortunate but became a hinderance. In the overall schema of things, Mr. Osten may well be heading for the lake. However, the reason might well surprise us all.

Quiet prospecting may be the way to go. nf

PS $1 (I dream !!!)

How this stock can go to 1.00 when they sit on a lot of cash ?

Be a long term investor and stop cheating about Mr. Osten.

Yours truly

Hi Everyone,

Boy have we become very jaded about DOCSF. I see them doing well with their turnaround (I know I sound crazy). Admittedly, 12 months ago they were treading water. Recently:

1) They acquired Fulcrum (which they needed to do because old search engine would have always caused a problem)

2) They've pumped up their revenues.

3) They got Cyberdocs out.

4) They got a new CFO.

5) They closed CAN government (Sale).

While Olsten doesn't appear to be as aggressive as we would like, I think he has a plan. He boosted his ownership because he knows where he is going with this. 1-5 above by many person's standards would look like pretty good execution. Put this much on an Internet company and the stock would shoot the moon. Unfortunately, Wall Street isn't going to pay attention to a CAN company (when there are plenty of excellent American companies to buy at bargain prices with cash flow, e.g. SYMC) until it gets their attention. There is only one piece missing to the DOCS puzzle - positive cash flow and earnings. You may think that this is DOCS's big problem and Olsten's incompetence. I strongly suspect that this is a ploy. Cutting costs at a company (even at big bureaucracies like AT&T) is one of the easiest jobs to do. All DOCS needs to do is seriously cut costs (SG&A) for one quarter (unlike revenues where you also depend upon the buyer to support your plan). As dumb as Olsten appears to be, he and the BOD absolutely know that SG&A can be cut any time they want. Hence, a significant positive upside earning surprise is available any time DOCS wants to show it. That would catch Wall Street's attention fast.

I think they are going to do just that, perhaps this quarter. I think that this scenario would be an orchestration. If such a scenario plays out in the next few quarters, remember that you heard it first here. -N
