I think Monday and early Tuesday will be good to trade Financial Stocks,assuming the market
behaves.Have you any thought on this?


In my opinion the cut will only be .25, but the bond markets
already seem to be discounting a .5 cut, so a .25 might
disappoint.

I think the bias will be up though, if no new stories
like that of LTCM emerge.

There a few articles there on the implications of the
LTCM fiasco for the financial industry. Mohan, I think
you should take a look at them before loading up on
financials.

Mohan:
I never liked Bank stocks. The bad loans, creative & crooked accounting practices, bad attitude towards clients, outrageous ATM charges, deceptive advertising etc make me stay away from them and their stocks. There are other places to make money. This my personal opinion.
