Codee and all:

I called CFG to pick their brain before I left work on Friday just to see what they might know. I spoke to Tim. He had just been on the phone with David when I called him. Basically, David indicated to Tim that it was not known what the extent of the damage was on St. Kitts as it regarded interBet, but the equipment was sitting at the dock. I guess they kept it offshore, away from Georges. Anyway, David isn't pleased, but this is the Act of God we did not need.

The e-mail that David sent will follow. I believe we should be pleased with several aspects of it even though there may be some delay in St. Kitts, but maybe not. The exposure we will get in New Orleans should cause this stock price to go up. In my experience with small companies, this type of event almost always causes a rise in price. The conference he is referring to in the first lines of the e-mail will be in Las Vegas.

Here's the e-mail:

Dear Carl,

We looked into this conference about 3 months ago. There are very few
companies...like 5... that go to this show that are involved in Internet Gaming. The Las Vegas casinos give bad press to the public about the Internet and the gaming done there. It is not a productive meeting place where contacts are made. The same is true with the IGC meeting in Prague an Oct. 6th and 7th. I have spoken to several companies that all gave the same opinion. This meeting is too small, only 16 individuals have signed up to attend, and there is no time set aside for operators to speak and demonstrate their products.

We are scheduled to speak at the Gaming conference in New Orleans at the end of October. There are several hundred operators attending along with Legal Professionals and Govt.. Agencies. I was asked to appear and give a presentation on WINR and the clear advantage we have in the gaming market concerning processing and pay-outs. This is where we feel we will have a huge audience and will make many new contacts.

In regards to InterBet we are still working on the system. There have been a few glitches and all have been worked out on our end. We are waiting to see the extent of the damage from hurricane Georges. They are opening their site in the Dominican Republic but due to the mass damage by the Hurricane I am waiting to hear from them in regards of the extent of the damage to their facility. We are also working with TISS and their programmers on Curacao...which is away from the Hurricane belt. The majority of all casinos and sportsbooks were and are on islands that were in the direct path of Georges. I am waiting to hear back from several operators in regards to damage to their areas.

I will keep everyone informed as I find things out and if there is
substantial news there will be a release with that info.

Regards,
David
