Mohan: Top Kashmiri militant killed and few others apprehended. I hope that the US Government is not outraged by the death of these terrorists. Now that US had a taste of terrorists' death-dealing activities in Africa, which the whole world condemned, US is more prone to understand India's position. What ever happened to all those sanctimonious senators lecturing the Indians on the moral values of human rights? Recently, I heard Zbegnew Bruzenski (? spelling), a former Secretary, saying that India's nuclear capability is a necessity to keep the nuclear balance in Asia. JPR
