Scotty,
I honestly do not know. But if there was, it does not exist anymore. Many of the juniors have dropped 80 to 90 % from their highs.

There are several. For instance: FGLDX (Invesco Gold), EMGSX (Midas Fund). Several funds that claim to invest in juniors have been burned so badly in the past year they have sold most of their juniors and are holding majors and sitting on cash, so would advise a check of current holdings before purchase.
