Response from MS to my email (posted here earlier):

Thank you for your e-mail. We will announcing our audited numbers for y/e97
in the next couple of weeks. They are not too far off the un audited
numbers. If you know accounting we have had to open our books w/opening
numbers for 1998 and are in the process of doing the 9/30/98
nine months audited numbers. As we have stated in the past we are in the
process of applying for a reporting status w/SEC (form 10).

Michael Sheppard

I'm pleased to get a reply. But I am more than a bit concerned that it takes more than 6 months to get audited figures. As former VP Finance of a computer start-up I know full well how much work is involved in the audit, but we never took more than 3 months max. FNTN also has no interim quarterlies--no mention why not. Also, I note that the reporting status is still in process -- no projected date -- was to have been done long ago.

I'm not sure exactly what it all means -- maybe just management that is more concerned with other things than telling the shareholders how their investment is doing, or viewing financial statements as a low priority -- but it certainly doesn't quell the questions in my own mind about whether this management is ready for "prime time."

Even with AOL and YAHOO. How many customers liked the product
but never thought of buying the stock. How many brokerages had an AOL link, but the brokers never recommended the AOL stock at the begining. It was just another player. Sometimes you can be too danged close to the tree to see the forest. We stockholders here, see or think we see the vision. Look how many come here and go, and don't see the vision. Look how many sold. They don't believe in the vision even though they have pretty good indicaitons that customers are on line. We are buying into the FNTN of the future. The majority of folks do not see the "future" of a company. OR risk investing in the future. If they did there would be many more millionaires. And some may be buying slowly, so as not to drive the price up. FNTN hasn't gotten any visibility in the marketplace yet. Word of mouth at this time
is too early. most people want proof. Financials, customers, product, etc.

Wally,

You said: If you were an FNTN customer and were planning to spend quite a bit of money on the services this company provides

Can you tell me exactly what these services are? Please be specific, so a layman can understand. I've been following this company for months, but I can't see what exactly they provide. What is their niche and who are their competitors?

Regards

Tom

First.. Don nice to have you back.. Sorry could not visit you in your cell, however, can assure you our thoughts were with you..LOL..

Chimnoy Roy,
To me .. Lack of volume mean solid holders of FNTN that are not giving up a single FNTN share owned. If there was high volume on the same level or lower would mean people are dumping their shares.

Price increase since shares are in solid hands, we may see price going up because of great demand and no supply.. IMO this will be the case in the near future..When we see higher movement in price there will be a lot of endurance tests and will see the tree being shaken with every dime. Some will stay, others will drop, and some more will jump on, that is when we should expect volume.

One last comment..Why not think these customers have already bought shares of FNTN. They may have signed contracts in the past two weeks or so, but decision to go with FNTN may have been made two months ago pending the availability of service.

It is morning here in Bahrain that is why I sound a bit cheerful.

Best regards
TMK
