Two points.
Dave I have argued with you time and again about IPR's, you are informed as well as informing. would like to add that Qcom has some sort of blocking patents. at least that is how it was explained to me. Is that correct? If ERICY wanted to go ahead and didnt need IPR's why would ETSI call attention to it. Why not just push forward. Its my fealing that to circumvent patents is to costly thus this is all negotiating tactics.
