Doug, how do you know that? I've heard both sides and I haven't a clue who's right. The only way we might know is by sitting them down in front of each other with us acting like judge and jury. And more importantly IMO, why does it matter? It's performance today that we're investing in, not differences between ex-employees/principles in the past.

Doug
Would be glad to hear the GE side of the story. Maybe you can enlighten us with it so we can be set free, but don't forget your sources as they are always important to determine credibility.

As for the lawsuits between the back door boys and GE, were are they flying, again would love to hear this story as well.

<If you listen to GE's GE's side of the story the truth will set you free! >

Their story would be perceived to be more credible if the filings were up to date and we knew the terms of engagement re BD.

Doug, I admire your patience and belief in these boyz but my opinion is they will get "diluted" off the property.

Douglas, The truth will set you free. Please, Douglas, get a grip. The nonsense going on between GE and SUNR makes me think of a messy divorce...Lots of bitterness, anger, and lawsuits.

I am not interested in history and feeling of betrayal. I am also really not interested in a Cult Mentality.

I.E., If I invest in SUNR I am an enemy of GE? What a bunch of crap!
These are not gangs Douglas, they are companies. If I like the oil sector, I may own all oil sector stocks. BIG DEAL. That is not disloyalty. Anyone who thinks it is has business mixed up with emotional attachments to lovers or sports teams.

Douglas, in business and in life in general, the early bird gets the worm, you snooze you lose, and it is, generally, survival of the fittest.

GEs inability to get the financials together is very disappointing to me. It may be an indication of the quality of management in general.

Since you are such a staunch GE supporter and seem to think the I am not possessing of information that would prevent my investing in SUNR, I think you should have Terry Turner or Guy Murrel call me to fill me in the high crimes and misdemeanors that the Sun River people have committed. I will contact Sun River and get their side of the story. I will then let you know the percentage of blame each party is responsible for this ridiculous situation, jmo, of course.

If you do not like that suggestion, how about you getting in touch with the Sun River people and getting their side of the story. You may find out more than you want to know. So far, it looks to me that the anger and bitterness is coming from GE. Just what could these little ex employees have done to deserve such anger? SEC inquiries can be messy things, so are mal practice lawsuits, I have been sucked into one because I am management, very unpleasant.

Douglas, I am not cheating on GE if I express interest in another Bolivian Gold Mine.

Colleen, wondering what all the fuss is about, I just want to invest in Bolivian gold mines.
