Could be the reason for that other GJ? Of course one must remember that a little drug use will also be considered an "intensely personal matter" by most of the same people who believe that perjury and obstruction are not impeachable offenses. JLA

We know that Clinton suspended the drug check policy for the White House when he took over. I would suspect that all of this will be put on the table when the impeachment trial starts in the Senate. If more of Starr's report is completed by then, then we will see the Senate hearings cover all of this. By the time everything is on the table, Moynihan, Kerry, Feinstein, Byrd, and any other Democrat with any guts will make that walk up the White House driveway that Goldwater and Baker made in 1974. It's no longer a matter of if, it's a matter of when!!! Probably February or March 1999!!!

Reno will have made her decision on an Independent Counsel for Campaign Finance by then. Democrat blood will have been splattered in November. They may just want to stop the bleeding!!!
