Sure he is responsible - and as nothing has happened - IMO somehow someone somewhere took him of the hook - we do not know if he reported to sec that there had been put false releases out - The lame "disregard"-news may have been all SEC required to do so. You do not see me discussing level of competance here, right!. I discuss the subject liar and crook. IMO one just cannot call anyone so without proof. I'm very interested to see what is going to be shared here over the week-end, if the internet site will be updated over the week-end. Kr Jens
