Hi Steve,

I skimmed some of the Web sites you referred me too.
I copied and pasted the following from one of these:
<<And now a whole host of people worship this man and his fake god that is no god.>>

Steve, no Muslim that I have ever met, read about, or heard about would agree to any part of that statement. Starting with, none of us worship Mohammed. The web sites you referred me to are filled with statements about Muslims and what we believe that doesn't represent us. The big problem with that is that the argument against the Islam presented on these pages is a religion that no Muslim would ever adhere to. So, it amounts to Propoganda.

If I presented you with a clear pure glass of water, and you turned around and slipped cyonide (a colorless and odorless liquid) into it, while I wasn't paying attention and later challenged me on my claim that I had given you pure water; you might be able to give the appearance that I lied by having a bistander drink the liquid and die.

These Web locations are presenting a religion they claim is Islam with all kinds of information (that is not Islam) that would be undetectable to a non-Muslim.

I agree with Raymond, you should get your information on Islam from a Scholarly Muslim source. It is much less likely to be tainted.

Feel free to say you don't accept what we believe, when you are referring to what we say we believe and not to what someone else falsely attributes to our beliefs.
