*--- OT ---* Hi Paul, How big a cut? I'm answering with a fairly naive question, as I don't know a whole lot about the legalities of interest rates. Why don't we all negotiate rates with each other in a market-based society and ignore what rate the government says they'll pay? I can get a loan at under 6% -- just keep asking my credit cards for balance transfer checks, and move it every six months (or however long the rate is good for). Luckily, with Dell's performance I don't need to do that. ;-) Good trading, KenB
